Starting in April 2024, restrictions on overtime work for doctors will come into effect, and efforts are underway to promote work style reform in medical facilities across the country.

In line with this, our hospital has introduced a "flextime work system for doctors" from April 1, 2024. This system allows doctors to adjust their daily arrival and departure times, taking into consideration their family circumstances, work situation, fatigue level, etc.

Furthermore, because work adjustments are managed under the supervision of the department heads who are responsible for each department, the introduction of this system will not affect medical services. Our hospital will continue to review traditional working styles so that doctors who examine patients can be healthy both physically and mentally and provide safe and secure medical services.
