Our hospital has been working on a human resources development project in collaboration with the ANA Group airline since 2021. As part of this project, on April 18, 2024, we held a "customer service training" session, inviting experienced cabin attendants and ground staff to serve as lecturers.
The participants were new staff who joined our hospital this spring. The course focused on lectures on how to interact with patients (treating them with a sense of caring for them) and involved role-playing, allowing them to acquire knowledge that will help improve practical services from the patient's perspective.
Our hospital will continue to strive to further improve the services we provide to our patients through such customer service training.
