[Held on April 30, 2024] The 11th Everyone's Medical Seminar - Could that cavity be the cause of an infection?

The seminar venue, Kitano Hall

The Medical Research Institute Kitano Hospital, a public interest incorporated foundation run by the Tatsuno Kofukai Foundation, will hold the 11th "Everyone's Medical Seminar," a public lecture for the public, on April 30, 2024.
This time, the theme will be "teeth," and a dentist from the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery will explain the dangers of leaving cavities untreated, as well as the risk of infection spreading to other organs, self-checks, and the correct way to brush your teeth. Participation is free, so please come along.

Yukiko Ueda (Deputy Director of the Department of Dentistry and Oral Surgery, Kitano Hospital)

(Instructor profile)
Born in Osaka Prefecture. Graduated from Aichi Gakuin University School of Dentistry in 2005.
After training at the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Kyoto University Hospital, he joined the same department.
After that, he worked at a number of community hospitals before taking up his post at Kitano Hospital in April 2019.
He specializes in oral and maxillofacial surgery and currently provides outpatient care on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and performs surgery on other days.
In her private life, she is a mother of an elementary school-aged child who was born at our hospital and is currently raising her child. Her hobbies are baking sweets and bread.
