Our hospital has been working on a human resources development project in collaboration with the ANA Group airline since 2021, and former ANA staff membershealth checkupWe provide support services to patients.
As part of these efforts, on June 12, 2023, we held a customer service training session at the hospital, with former ANA Group flight attendants and ground staff as instructors.
This training included lectures on what to keep in mind when interacting with patients (treating them with a caring attitude), as well as role-playing and practical activities that put the participants in the patient's shoes, allowing them to acquire knowledge that will be useful in improving services in the future.
Our hospital will continue to incorporate the know-how of the ANA Group in order to further improve the services we provide to our patients.
