As a general rule, Kitano Hospital only accepts requests to change follow-up appointments by phone or at the outpatient desk, but to solve problems such as difficulty getting through on the phone, we have now started accepting appointment change requests via email.

There are conditions for requesting changes to appointments via email (appointments cannot be made for some medical departments, surgery appointments, examination appointments related to hospitalization, or examination appointments with specified times), so please check the page linked below for details.

Appointment change requests can be made by phone between 3:00 PM and 4:30 PM at each department.
