In order to improve the quality of medical care while avoiding waste of limited resources, Kitano Hospital opened the Kitano Medical Business School (KMBS) for three months from April 2021 for young administrative staff with up to 10 years of experience since graduating from university.

In addition to study sessions to gain knowledge about the medical environment, finance, human resources, and procurement, each group gave a presentation at the end. The top two staff members will be evaluated based on their contribution to the study sessions and presentations, and will be sent to a training program to become hospital management administrators.

At Kitano Hospital, we aim to provide better medical care to our patients by strengthening our management foundation through improving our educational system for administrative staff.
