Visitor Guide
We will prepare meals tailored to your symptoms as instructed by your doctor. Dietary therapy is also part of hospital treatment. Please eat the meals provided by the hospital.
(You cannot stop eating unless directed by your doctor.)

Each ward is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Please bring your own detergent.
The lights in the hospital rooms are turned off at 10:00 p.m.
Footlights are installed at the foot of the bedside tables, but please check with the nurses' station regarding their use as operation may vary slightly depending on the characteristics of each department and ward.
All bedding, including futons and blankets, is provided by our facility.
If you are granted permission to accompany a patient, please ask the ward staff if you would like one and they will lend one to you for 700 yen for the first day and 350 yen from the second day onwards.
Each ward has a shower room (reservation required).
Hot water and tea dispensers are installed in the serving room next to the nurse's station in each ward, and next to the day room in each ward.
We have a sink, toaster, etc. available for you to use as you please.
To ensure that you can receive treatment, examinations, surgery, etc. with peace of mind at our hospital, we ask that you wear a wristband with your name and other information written on it.
We will check your wristband when conducting tests, intravenous drips, blood transfusions, surgery, procedures, or X-rays, but we will ask for your name to prevent misidentification of patients.
Please be sure to put your wallet etc. in the safety deposit box.
Please keep the key to your safety box with you or a family member. When you leave your bed, whether for bathing, using the convenience store, cafeteria, restaurant, toilet, examination, surgery, visiting another department, going out or staying overnight, or for any other reason, please lock the bed and keep the key with you.
Furthermore, if you change hospital rooms, please have the contents of the safe box moved by yourself or a family member.
In the unlikely event that you are the victim of theft, you or your family member will be asked to file a police report. Our hospital will follow the instructions of the police.
Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited.
Smoking is prohibited on the hospital grounds and within the hospital grounds at all times. Please refrain from drinking alcohol or smoking within the hospital grounds while you are hospitalized.
Also, please refrain from using the escalators on the outpatient floors. Please use the elevators instead.
At our hospital, except for some designated areas, you may use your mobile phone on silent mode. If you do use your mobile phone, please follow the signs within the hospital.
Permission from your doctor is required to go out or stay overnight. Please submit the required permission form to the nurse's station and obtain permission.
Regarding overnight stays, the standard is one night and two days.
Please note the following before your surgery:
We will ask you about any anesthesia you have had in the past, any allergies you may have, and information about your family.
Smokers are more likely to cough and produce phlegm after surgery, and are at higher risk of respiratory complications such as atelectasis.
There is also a higher risk of infection at the surgical site.
It is recommended that you stop smoking for at least four weeks, but you should stop smoking at least from the time the surgery is scheduled.
If smoking causes problems before surgery, surgery may be postponed.
Wearing false eyelashes is also prohibited on the day of surgery.
Also, please be aware that if you have extensions, they may fall out due to the tape used during anesthesia.
If you have loose teeth, please have them checked at a nearby dentist if you have time.
It may be damaged during surgery.
