About visitation
There are some restrictions on visiting patients who are hospitalized. Please see below for details such as visiting hours and number of people allowed (*Conditions may differ for some wards). We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
- Explanations of the patient's condition require a reservation (up to two key people in the ward).
- Family members are not permitted to accompany patients on the day of surgery. Please wait on the 1st to 5th floors of the main building or outside the hospital.

- Please be sure to wear a mask in the ward.
- Please refrain from coming if you have symptoms such as a fever (over 37.5°C) or cough.
- Food cannot be brought to patients who are receiving therapeutic diets.
- Fresh flowers and potted plants are not permitted.

Wards with different visiting conditions
- The visiting conditions for each ward only list the parts that are different from normal. Please ask the ward for more information.

- Visiting hours are 14:00-17:00, but not limited to the day of surgery.
- Only key people, family members and people living in the same household are allowed to visit.

- One group per day: up to 2 adults and 2 children
- From the patient's perspective, only their husband (partner), children, father, mother, and siblings are allowed to visit.

- Visiting hours are 14:00-16:00.

- For those hospitalized in private rooms other than clean roomsUp to 2 people per dayVisits are possible (junior high school students and above).

- Visits to the shared rooms in the West (pediatric) ward on the 8th floor require an appointment. Please ask a nurse in the ward. No appointment is required to visit pediatric patients hospitalized in other general wards.
- Depending on the type of infectious disease, separate measures will be taken. Please consult with the nurse on the ward.

- If you would like an escort, please fill out a "Request for Permission to Accompany" form (must be completed once a week).
- Please inform the family member taking over about the facilities in the ward and the times when medication is administered.
*Please note that the nurse may need to explain the procedure again.
- Please check your health and take your temperature when changing shifts.
- Accompanying persons in the shared room are asked to wear masks to prevent infection.
- Anyone with symptoms such as fever (37.5°C or higher) or cough will be refused entry.
- We will not allow anyone living with you who has symptoms of COVID-19, gastroenteritis, influenza, etc.
- It does not matter whether you have received the COVID-19 vaccine or not.
- Meals are not provided for accompanying persons.
*Bento boxes are sold on the 5th floor from 11:00 to 12:30 on weekdays (ends when sold out).
*FamilyMart Weekdays: 7:00-21:00 Closed days: 8:00-17:00

Visitor reception area

Visitation procedures
In order to protect your privacy, we do not display the names of our patients at the entrance to any of our rooms. Please complete the necessary procedures at the reception desk first.
- Please fill out all the required fields on the "Entry Permit" at the General Information Desk on the 1st floor of the Main Building (or at Emergency/After-Hours Reception ⑦) and receive a "Visitor Card" (the color of the string will vary depending on the day of the week).

- Please inform the ward nurse's station that you would like to visit (please be sure to wear your visiting card when visiting).
- In order to protect loved ones battling illness from infection, we may refuse visitors to our hospital.
- Those with fever, rash, diarrhea, constipation, colds, etc.
- Those who may have recently come into contact with someone with one of the above conditions
- Children who have not been vaccinated against measles, chickenpox, rubella, or mumps, or who have no history of these diseases
- People under the influence of alcohol

- When you leave, please return your visitor card to the reception on the first floor.
*If you come by car, please return your car at the exit of the underground parking lot. We will check your visitor card to see if it qualifies for the discount.
- If you wish to limit visitation during your hospital stay, please inform your nurse.
- Please refrain from coming to the hospital by bicycle as bicycle parking is limited.
