How to make an appointment for your first consultation

For those with a letter of introduction (How to make a reservation)

① Reservation made through the referring medical institution

*This is the reservation method recommended by our clinic to minimize the burden on patients.
*Reservations are accepted from 8:45 to 19:00 on weekdays.

  1. When you get a referral letter from your current medical institution, please ask them to make an appointment at Kitano Hospital.
  2. We will arrange appointments directly with the medical institution.
  3. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will contact you through your current medical institution.
  4. On the day of your reservation:Reception desk when visiting the hospitalPlease come to.
  5. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact your current medical institution.

If you do not have a referral letter, you will not be able to make an appointment for your first consultation.

Reception desk when visiting the hospital

Please bring your referral letter and issue a ticket at the reception terminal next to the "Initial Visit Reception" on the first floor of the main building.

Points to note

For those living outside Japan
  • We only accept referral letters in Japanese or English. Reservations cannot be made with referral letters in any other language.
  • If you make an appointment using a referral letter issued by a medical institution outside of Japan, a selection medical fee for the first consultation will be charged in addition to the consultation fee, etc.: 11,000 yen (tax included) for those 15 years and older, and 7,700 yen (tax included) for those under 15 years old. However, this fee is not charged to those who are eligible for Japanese health insurance.
  • Please note that if you do not have a Japanese My Number card (health insurance card), even if you are a Japanese national, our hospital will charge you 30 yen per medical fee point (normally 10 yen per point).
