LINE calling service

Overview of the "LINE Call Service"

This is a service that notifies patients via LINE when their appointment time is approaching. When you visit the clinic, you can use the QR code printed on your appointment ticket.*You can use this service by adding our official LINE account as a friend. If you use LINE on your smartphone, please register.

How to use the "LINE Call Service"

Before you begin registration, please install the LINE app on your smartphone from the App Store (for iPhone) or Play Store (for Android).

① Scan the QR code at the bottom of the reception ticket with your smartphone or other device.

 

② Tap "Register for LINE Calls here" on the registration homepage.

 

③ When the LINE app starts automatically, add our clinic's LINE account as a friend.

 

④ A message screen will automatically appear. If it says "【Registration】Please send as is," just send it.

 

⑤ Once you receive a completion notification, your registration is OK. You will be notified via LINE when the time comes.
(You can also check this on the web screen by clicking the "Consultation Status" button at the bottom right.)

Q. Can I use this service if I visit the clinic on the day?
A. Reception tickets can be issued at each block, so you can use them.

Q. Do I need to scan the QR code and register every time I visit the hospital?
A. Once you have completed the registration process, you can continue to use the service, so there is no need to register every time you visit the clinic.

Q. I registered for the "LINE Call Service" when I came to the hospital for a diabetes internal medicine consultation, but do I need to register for each department when I visit other departments?
A. Once you register, you can use it for other medical departments. However, please note that you will not be notified about appointments that are not displayed on the consultation information display system.

Handling of personal information

The LINE Call Service does not use personal information such as your name, phone number, or illness name.
In addition, the name of the medical department will be displayed in the call message, but the message itself is encrypted before being sent and received, so it cannot be viewed by third parties.
