Service Overview
To improve convenience for patients, we have introduced an "outpatient prescription sending service" from January 4, 2024.
This is a service that shortens waiting times at the pharmacy by sending a prescription in advance from our hospital to the patient's regular pharmacy after the consultation.

- When picking up your medication, you will need the original prescription.
- Patients are responsible for sending prescriptions themselves. Please refer to the "Operation Manual" provided with the terminal.

How to operate
*Currently, the number of dispensing pharmacies that support fax transmission is constantly increasing. If the pharmacy you want to send your order to is not displayed, please feel free to use this service to send your order by directly entering the fax number.
FAQ
- Q. Can I cancel after making a reservation?
- A. If you wish to cancel, please call the pharmacy directly.
- Q. Until what time can I collect my medication?
- A. You can collect your prescription within four days, including the day it was issued. Please note that you cannot collect it after the fifth day.
- Q. What precautions should I take when receiving my medication?
- A. Please be sure to bring the original prescription. If you forget your prescription, you will not be able to receive your medication.
- Q. I can't find my usual pharmacy. What should I do?
- A. On the screen where you select the search method, select "Send by fax" at the bottom right and enter the fax number of any pharmacy.
