Information on "vaccine outpatient clinic"

Requests from the "Vaccine Outpatient Clinic" (Important Notices)

  1. Please be sure to bring your maternal and child health handbook and vaccination handbook.
    *Please note that if you forget your maternal and child health handbook, you will not be able to receive the vaccination.
  2. Until 4:00 PMPlease enter the "Vaccine Outpatient Clinic" at
    *If you enter the room after the above times, you will not be able to receive the vaccination.
  3. If you need to cancel or make changes, please contact us in advance.

  4. If you have received or are planning to receive any other vaccinations within the past month, please be sure to let us know when making your appointment.
  5. Influenza and MMR vaccines may not be administered to people with egg allergies.
    Only those who have been examined for allergies at our hospital and whose doctor has determined that they are eligible to receive the vaccine can be vaccinated.

Vaccination Schedule

Simultaneous vaccination

If your family wishes and your doctor approves, your child can receive multiple vaccines at the same time (both live and inactivated). By receiving simultaneous vaccinations, you can reduce the number of visits to the hospital for vaccinations and ease the burden on mother and child, so please consider this.
Notice regarding changes to vaccine interval regulations

 

If you wish to receive simultaneous vaccinations:

Please inform the receptionist at our outpatient block B reception desk that you would like to receive the vaccinations simultaneously. (* Simultaneous vaccinations are not mandatory, so there is no problem if you continue to receive one vaccination at a time as usual.)
