Date and Time Sunday, December 10, 2017, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
place Kitano Hospital 5th floor Kitano Hall
Lecturer Hiroshi Mizumoto (Head of the Department of Pediatrics and Neonatal Care at Kitano Hospital)

Kitano Hospital's NICU receives 120 newborn cases each year. These include a wide variety of illnesses, including neonatal asphyxia, respiratory disorders, infections, and congenital anomalies discovered after birth. There are also severe cases requiring advanced treatment, and cases diagnosed with extremely rare illnesses. In this lecture, we will look back at the cases transported over the past nine years and explain "standard management of important illnesses that are essential to remember" and "diagnosis and treatment of instructive pitfall cases."
I would like to share with you some information that will be useful for medical residents who wish to specialize in neonatal medicine in the future, as well as the obstetricians, midwives, and nurses who always give me referrals, and that will help hard-working medical students understand the appeal of neonatology and pediatrics.

To allow for the preparation of materials, we would appreciate it if you could contact us in advance to apply.
